Do you really come to my home?
Yes — in-home service is what we do best. We come to you anywhere in Greater Victoria, Saanich, Langford, Colwood, View Royal, and surrounding communities. For quick issues, we also offer secure remote support so you don’t always have to wait for a visit.
How much does it cost?
Most everyday tech issues are covered by our $79 Home Tech Visit, which includes up to 60 minutes of in-home support. If more time is needed, additional time is $30 per 30 minutes, only with your approval. Remote support is $39 for up to 30 minutes. Larger jobs fall under Specialized Services starting from $129. We explain the options before continuing. No surprise charges.
Is Beacon Home Technology just for seniors?
Not at all. We help the whole household — busy parents, students, remote workers, and grandparents. Whether it’s a gaming setup, a home office, or a smart-home upgrade, we solve real technology problems for people of every age and comfort level.
How soon can you come out?
Most appointments are booked within the same week, and we often have next-day availability. Have an urgent issue? Call us and we’ll do our best to help right away, including same-day remote support when possible.
Will my information stay private and safe?
